Return and Refund Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Order Status

Please allow 1-3 business days for standard ground orders to process and to be shipped. During sale period, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed.

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. You will receive an email once your order is shipped with a tracking number.


Order Editing or Cancellation

If you need to edit or cancel an order, please contact us by email anais@saaraba.com as soon as possible after order placement. Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5.30pm. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel or edit your order.


Sales and promotions

If sale items are marked as final sale, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Coupon codes are not compatible with any sale item, online.



RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Guidelines

Saaraba customers have 14 days from the receiving date to return full price and sale price items for a refund or an exchange.

All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way, along with a copy of the Saaraba returns and exchanges policy sent in your package. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product page are not eligible for return for either a refund or an exchange.

Exchanges

Your eligible item(s) can be exchanged with another item or with store credit.
